Branding for a new HR community initiative, Leadership Excellence host inspirational and practical leadership and management events in London.

Their leadership coaching events allow leaders and managers to collaborate to develop their leadership skills, discover fresh leadership strategies and find solutions to challenges related to improving team performance, increasing employee engagement and improving team motivation.

To stand out in this highly competitive environment we wanted to convey the "X Factor". Show Leadership Excellence as a leader in its field providing high quality meetings and events. It also has to chime with modern business professionals who are looking for an exciting and challenging environment to better themselves.

The site has to be simple and quick to navigate, offering visitors the ability to subscribe, download insights and buy tickets. Some events are invite only and this has also been integrated and can be managed by the CMS and email campaign client.

Different media can be attached, images and videos etc. The time, date and location can be set by the client and when the event expires it will link to the published articles about the event.

The website is the core marketing tool for the events the community hosts. The client can edit all aspects of the event pages to control their promotion.
