Have you noticed how everyone has to stand there staring at the information boards at railways stations -waiting for them to change? Do you remember when you didn't have to?

We were recently invited to the Mondrian hotel in London to document the installation of this unique flick-flack signage system.

This system used to be the mainstay of British Rail information system is actually a product of Italy. The original company is still making it but has moved on to manufacture advanced transportation information systems. There is still a huge demand for this nostalgic system.

There is a statisfaction in its mechanical nature almost soothing sound as the messages change.

This short film was made for social media and we were able to take advantage of the 250fps features of our camera equipment.?
