Cobb Amos branding and identity


When Cobb Property and John Amos Property merged they required a rebrand of their identity. Neither wished to lose their brand value so MSDC designed a graphic that merged the two. The subtlety in the rebrand educates the market of the change but keeps their individuality.

The design is kept bold but uses colours that reflect the landscape and architecture of the area and can be adapted to a variety of media as seen here.

As part of the rebrand of Cobb Property MSDC design the new shop fronts, denoting colour scheme and style, specified the signage. This was rolled out to three locations in Herefordshire.

The challenge with the three shops in different locations and architectural styles, was to keep them consistent and on brand.
