Estama was originally an in-house service set up to manage the German assets of a UK investment company. The combination of British know-how and German local knowledge proved to be highly successful and the company expanded and opened its doors to outside clients. Our brief was to express this 'new breed' of Real Estate Management in a brochure, website, advertising and exhibition stand.

The brochure uses conceptual images to bring home the special expertise and differences that make the company unique. This was backed up with detailed case histories to prove the experience and knowledge and give confidence. We divided each spread, one side with a clean, white background and black & white images to express a key aspect of the service and in contrast a coloured left hand section with a case history. This worked to provide easy access points throughout the brochure, the reader could flip through and scan the images and captions or dip in and read the detail.

Our task was to create a dynamic website that expressed the benefits and advantages of the Estama service in a memorable way and still be used and updated easily. This was developed from the brochure with the addition of a news section and a link to a property listing .
With the complex range of information and utilities within the site, the first challenge was to design a home page and navigation system that established a hierachy of information so that the user when first landing on the site, could immediately get a clear idea of the scope and extent of the information available.
We translated the fresh, clean look and feel of the brochure design by maintaining a rigid grid using a vertical navigation column on the left and a horizontal divide between the images and text and allowing plenty of space. We added impact and excitement by creating a series of short animations which gave the stills images a new dimension.
The site performs well attracting over 3,000 hits per week...

The iconic conceptual images had great stand-out and were an asset that we developed to create an impressive stand at Expo Real International property exhibition and arresting advertising in property publications .
